Quality Philosophy
A research material is only as useful as the information supplied with it. Product names, product codes and quantities are published for every listing. Analytical values are published where a certificate supports them.
FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.
Quality-focused materials for qualified laboratory research.
Clear product specifications and traceable product information.
Product documentation is organized by product code and lot as records become available.
Products are organized around identifiable lots where applicable.
Materials are presented solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
Research materials should be supported by clear specifications and documentation.
Each listing shows the material, its product code, the quantity supplied, and its documentation status.
Product documentation is organized by product code and lot.
Lot-specific certificates will be published here as they become available.
Each published certificate is tied to a single product code and lot, and records the issuing laboratory, the date of analysis, and the methods run. Values appear only as the certificate states them.
909 Aminos focuses on clear product identification, straightforward specifications, lot traceability, and transparent documentation. Information is published according to what can be supported by available records.
A research material is only as useful as the information supplied with it. Product names, product codes and quantities are published for every listing. Analytical values are published where a certificate supports them.
Every catalog entry carries a product name, a product code, and the nominal quantity supplied per vial. Product codes are stable and are the reference used for orders, documentation and correspondence.
| Field | Published | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Product name | Yes | Catalog record |
| Product code | Yes | Catalog record |
| Quantity per vial | Yes | Catalog record |
| Lot number | When a certificate is issued | Certificate |
| Purity | When a certificate is issued | Certificate |
| Identity method | When a certificate is issued | Certificate |
Documentation is organized per product code and, where a lot applies, per lot. A certificate published against a lot refers to that lot alone and is not extended to other lots of the same product.
Certificates are published per product code and lot through the Documentation Center. Listings show Documentation Coming Soon until a certificate is available for that product code.

The following describes intended future practice rather than current practice.
This policy sets out the terms on which 909 Aminos supplies research materials and what is expected of purchasers. It is a statement of policy, not legal advice, and it does not by itself make any purchase or use lawful in your jurisdiction.
Not for human use · Not for veterinary use · Not for food use
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Materials supplied by 909 Aminos are intended solely for legitimate laboratory research by qualified personnel. They are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics or medical devices, and none has been reviewed, evaluated, cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use.
The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a material is suitable for their intended research, for handling it safely, and for complying with all laws and institutional requirements that apply to them. 909 Aminos does not assess a purchaser's research design and does not advise on it.
Materials must not be administered to, ingested by, injected into, applied to or otherwise consumed by any human or animal. They must not be resold, repackaged or supplied for such use. Use of a material in breach of this policy is a material breach of the terms of sale and ends any further supply.
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must be acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research. Orders may be declined or cancelled at any time, and 909 Aminos does not undertake to supply any particular purchaser.
Materials should be handled by trained personnel using the controls appropriate to the receiving laboratory. 909 Aminos does not publish handling or storage conditions for a product unless that information has been verified for it, and does not publish preparation instructions of any kind.
General good practice for any material received from 909 Aminos:
Analytical documentation is published per product code and lot as it becomes available. Where no certificate has been published, the listing reads Documentation Coming Soon and no analytical value should be inferred.
Laws governing the purchase, possession, import and use of research materials differ by country, state and institution, and they change. Determining what applies to you is your responsibility. Acknowledging this policy does not establish that a purchase or use is permitted where you are, and 909 Aminos gives no assurance that it is.
If a material arrives damaged, does not match your order, or gives you any other cause for concern, contact support with the order number and product code. How damaged or incorrect orders are put right is set out in the Refund Policy.
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@909aminos.com or through the support page.

Contact
The fastest route for any question is support@909aminos.com. Quote your order number and the product code where they apply.
We reply within 1–2 business days, and usually sooner. Replies are slower around public holidays.
How an order is paid for, packed and sent within the United States. Refunds, replacements and cancellations are covered in the Refund Policy.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Orders are placed first and paid by Zelle afterwards. You will be given an order number on the confirmation screen and in your order email. Put that order number in the payment memo and nothing else — a Zelle transfer carries no other information, so the memo is the only thing that connects your payment to your order.
Placing an order reserves its stock for 24 hours. If no matching payment has arrived by then the order is cancelled and the stock is released; you are free to order again. You can check where an order stands at any time with Track Your Order.
Orders may be reviewed for research-use eligibility before release, and may be declined or cancelled at any time.
909 Aminos ships within the United States only. Payment is taken by Zelle, which operates between US bank accounts, so orders cannot be accepted for delivery outside the country. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and the dispatch clock starts when your payment is matched to the order, not when it is placed.
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email support@909aminos.com with your order number straight away — the sooner we hear, the better the chance of correcting it before the order leaves.
Transit times are USPS estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and other events outside our control can slow a parcel down; your tracking number shows where it is at any point.
Storage conditions are published per product with its documentation, and none are stated for a product until they have been verified for it. Handle and store using the controls appropriate to your laboratory.
All sales are final, with specific exceptions for damaged, incorrect or misidentified products. How to cancel an order, and when a refund, replacement or store credit is given, is set out in the Refund Policy.
If USPS tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact support with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and, depending on what it finds, reship the order or refund it.
If a memo carried anything other than the order number, the transfer may not have been matched to your order. Contact payments@909aminos.com with the order number, the amount, and the date you sent it.
Cancellations, refunds, replacements and the Independent Analysis Guarantee.

These are research materials whose condition depends on how they have been stored, and once a vial has left our hands that storage cannot be established. All sales are final and we cannot accept returns, other than as part of a claim described below. That limit exists because material of unknown history must never re-enter supply, not to avoid standing behind what we ship.
Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for dissatisfaction that has nothing to do with the condition or identity of a product, or for misuse. A product that has been opened, prepared, used, stored improperly or handled in any way that could affect it is not eligible, except under the Independent Analysis Guarantee.
To cancel an order before it ships, email support@909aminos.com with your order number. A paid order cancelled before it ships is refunded in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. An order that is never paid is cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
We welcome independent verification of what we supply. If a product bought from 909 Aminos is analysed by an independent laboratory and found not to be the material its label identifies, you are entitled to:
Email your report and testing invoice to support@909aminos.com with the subject line Quality Verification – Order #[your order number]. Once we have verified the report and invoice with the laboratory, your refund and testing credit are processed within 3–5 business days.
A refund, replacement or store credit may be given when:
Tell us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@909aminos.com with your order number, the product code, any lot number printed on the vial, and photographs showing the problem. We review each case and decide whether a refund, replacement or store credit is appropriate.
Parcels with no tracking movement are traced with USPS and then reshipped or refunded, as described in the Shipping Policy.
Every refund — for a cancelled order, a guarantee claim, a damaged or incorrect item, or a parcel that never arrived — is sent back to the original payment: by Zelle, to the account the payment came from. Store credit, including the testing credit, is applied toward a future order rather than paid out.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you are. Orders that are seized, refused, returned or destroyed by any authority are not refunded.
Read this policy together with the Terms of Sale and the Shipping Policy. Nothing in it suggests that any product is fit for anything other than laboratory research.
Questions about cancellations, refunds or the Independent Analysis Guarantee can be sent to support@909aminos.com.
These terms apply to every order placed through this site and should be read with the Research Use Policy.
An order is an offer to purchase. 909 Aminos may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including after payment details have been taken.
Every order is sold on the condition that the purchaser is acquiring materials for laboratory research use only, and on the confirmations given at checkout. Breach of that condition ends the sale and any further supply.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The price shown when an order is submitted is the price that applies to it.
Materials are supplied "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is a representation that a material is suitable for a given research application.
To the extent permitted by law, 909 Aminos is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the supply or use of a material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This section will be finalized before orders are accepted.

Everything 909 Aminos sells is supplied for laboratory research by qualified personnel. None of it is for use in humans or animals, and none of it is sold as a food, food additive, drug, cosmetic or household product. The full terms are in the Research Use Policy.
No product sold by 909 Aminos has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and none is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site describes an effect of any product in the human or animal body, and nothing on it should be read as doing so.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. 909 Aminos does not advise on health or treatment and does not answer questions of that kind. For anything medical, speak to a licensed healthcare professional.
Product names, codes, quantities and prices are published as accurately as possible and corrected when an error is found. Descriptions are there to identify a product, not to suggest it suits any particular research. Where no analytical documentation has been published for a product, no purity, identity or other analytical value is claimed for it.
Product photographs are generic illustrations, not pictures of the actual product supplied. The labels shown in them — including any purity, lot, CAS or storage details — do not describe the product you receive, and no analytical, storage or other claim should be taken from them.
909 Aminos is a supplier of research materials. It is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility, and it does not compound, prescribe or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use.
By ordering from 909 Aminos you confirm that:
909 Aminos is not responsible for claims other people make about its products. Do not attribute health claims, usage instructions or any suggestion of human or animal use to 909 Aminos or its products.
If a claim is brought against 909 Aminos because of how you used, handled or described a product, or because you breached this disclaimer, the Research Use Policy or the Terms of Sale, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Products are supplied without warranty, and liability is limited, as set out in the Terms of Sale.
Some pages link to other websites, such as the USPS tracking page. 909 Aminos does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

What information 909 Aminos collects when you use this site or place an order, what it is used for, and who else sees it.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Payment is sent by Zelle from your own banking app, so this site never asks for, sees or stores a card number or bank login. When a transfer arrives we see what Zelle shows any recipient — the sender's name, the amount, the date and the memo — and we use that to match the payment to your order.
Three things are kept in your browser's local storage: that you completed the research access confirmation, which product codes you have asked to be notified about, and whether you have already left an address for one. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to 909 Aminos.
When you use the cart and checkout, the store platform (WooCommerce) sets cookies that keep your cart and session working. It also records, in first-party cookies, how you arrived at the site — for example the referring website, any campaign tags in the link, and the page you landed on — and saves that with an order when one is placed. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout need them to work.
Asking to be notified about an out-of-stock product code records a count against that code and nothing else — no name, no address, no identifier. You may then optionally leave an email address. If you do, it is stored against that product code, used only to tell you the code is available again, and is never used for anything else.
Like most websites, the site's hosting records standard technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address when it does. The site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
909 Aminos does not send marketing email.
909 Aminos does not sell or rent personal information, and does not share it for advertising. It is seen only by the services needed to run the store:
Your Zelle transfer is handled by your bank and Zelle under their own privacy terms.
The site is served only over HTTPS, so information passing between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and 909 Aminos cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention periods will be published here.
To ask what personal information 909 Aminos holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@909aminos.com from the address you used. Records that must be kept to meet a legal obligation, such as details of completed orders, may be kept for as long as that obligation applies.
This site is for adults aged 21 and over. 909 Aminos does not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and deletes it if it learns that it has.
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@909aminos.com.
Enter your order number and the email address the order was placed with.
Orders paid by Zelle are held until the transfer is matched to the order number in the payment memo. If your memo carried anything other than the order number, the payment may not have been matched — see Support.
